forever all right what's up everybody welcome
0:18
back to another episode of greetings from the garden state i'm your host mike hamm we are here at bergen county harley-davidson in rochelle park with
0:24
brian rangout brian welcome to the show thank you so much for having me mike yeah it's great i crushed the last name
0:30
i know that you did amazing yeah that's why i'm amazing thank you yeah of course of course you know you can't have a
0:35
guest on and then pronounce their name wrong it's just a it's a very bad luck your name is very easy to say yeah it's
0:40
very memorable too at least i hope so um so we're here at the bergen county harley-davidson uh we're here talking
0:46
about operation k-9 beethoven uh so let's let's kind of learn a little bit about you and kind of your background
0:52
and then we'll kind of get into what operation k-9 beethoven is all about great like i said once again thanks for
0:57
having operation k9 beethoven here uh like mike said we're at bergen county harley-davidson in rochelle park
1:03
um born and raised in hashbrown kites bergen county new jersey um
1:08
several years ago about two years ago or so my parents were selling their house and we had some kennels that we wanted
1:14
to donate my brother actually went and reached out to somebody that he know and i so happened to be at the house
1:21
that day and i got to meet this gentleman arpi cortez who is our founder and uh
1:27
the handler of all the dogs and he's also our president of operation
1:32
canine beethoven awesome and so my mother was a little stressed out going through a bunch of stuff because selling
1:38
a house after 40 years of memories it's you know it's a lot yeah and so arpi pulls up and there's beethoven in
1:44
the back and he and i started talking and after we i gave him the kennels uh i said
1:50
beethoven's the dogs we weren't talking to beethoven [Laughter]
1:56
so well you know we just started talking rpni and he says oh you know my dog's a therapy dog and this and that i said
2:02
well my mother loves dogs i say hey would you mind you know bringing beethoven in the house
2:07
and just hanging out with mom for a few minutes and he goes absolutely and so i can tell as soon as beethoven walked
2:14
in that house my mother's face completely changed yeah and beethoven just sat at her feet and
2:20
my mother just was petting and at that moment i'm like this is amazing thing i know
2:26
all my life i knew dogs could do amazing things for us humans right you know um so he and i started talking about you
2:33
know the veterans home in paramus in which where my father was a resident at the time
2:38
and uh he says you know i can't get in there right now i said no unfortunately you can he goes but when i do
2:44
i will make sure that your father is the first person i get to visit yeah it was kind of like a handshake agreement
2:51
uh several weeks went by he goes i'm in there now he goes what's your father's name i gave him that information and he
2:58
kept his word as a man yeah and my father so happened to be the first person to meet beethoven at the veterans
3:05
home in paramus new jersey awesome and then they were just started talking about how we can you know help people
3:10
and veterans and it just it just was a snowball effect and we became very good friends
3:17
and then we did a um we were talking about fundraisers and then unfortunately covet happened right
3:22
so that kind of took a back seat to everything that we had all these ideas about um so arpi then reached out to a friend
3:29
of his which is justin who's our veterans relations officer at operation k9
3:36
beethoven and they did a video here at bergen county harley-davidson in rochelle park called a veteran's journey
3:41
i recommend everybody go and on youtube and check that out yeah and so after the video the gentleman who
3:48
was filming it said what do you want to get out of operation canine beethoven and justin's responsible as well
3:54
like i said i have a dog who's emotional support dog i want to be able to see if we can help every single veteran yeah as
4:01
we possibly can right because xena has been there for me yep and that struck a chord with arpi rp
4:07
told me about that and that's when we decided to do operation k9 beethoven like get it all
4:12
set up get it all set up helping veterans one pool at a time and one from like veterans to help family members
4:20
wives husbands who have a the significant other who is serving this great country and then it went from
4:27
that to doing first responders and that's how everything just
4:32
snowballed yeah and that's where we are today yeah no i love that it's such a great story because it's just kind of like everybody being in the right place
4:39
at the right time um so maybe take me through like like all the stuff that you kind of do like the places that you go
4:44
the places that you bring the dogs and and all that kind of stuff absolutely so you know operation k9 beethoven we have
4:50
two separate companies so to speak and the first one is our pet therapy program where
4:56
archie and beethoven and some of their best friends they go and they visit nursing homes
5:01
they're therapy dogs they go into schools to teach you know elementary school uh kids to how to approach
5:09
a dog dog safety um and like i said we also go into nursing
5:14
homes veterans homes you know to have you know a lot of these residents have had dogs
5:20
right and unfortunately they're not able to do so because they're in that situation in that moment sure and
5:26
sometimes what we do is we'll go to a private resident um residency to you know bring beethoven
5:32
or archie just to let them spread their love their affection puts a smile on on these people's faces
5:40
and it just calms them and lets them forget about maybe what's going on in their life in that moment sure yeah and
5:45
the dogs love doing it i've gotten to see the the look on people's faces when they
5:52
meet these amazing animals they're so calm and cool and collective they just want to give their love yeah i mean
5:58
beethoven is very calm and cool right now look at daytona you can see him on the camera if you're watching on youtube but he's just chilling i love that yeah
6:05
great yeah so i feel i feel calm you feel relaxed yeah very relaxed good
6:10
good good that's awesome yeah so that's what we do and that that's our that's our
6:15
first company and then our the other side of operation k9 beethoven is like i've said is to help our veterans family
6:22
members and first responders who suffer from ptsd depression anxiety
6:28
we try to pair fully emotional support dogs to them at no charge to them at all
6:34
right we're all volunteer yeah myself and the rest of the team we're all volunteer we
6:40
don't make any money at this so all the money that we make from merchandise sales or doing fundraisers
6:46
goes right back to operation canine beethoven so that when we have a recipient
6:51
we're able to get that animal to wherever they live safe and sound right their forever home
6:58
yeah so how do you how do you find those dogs that are going to be like in that second part you know the second business
7:05
like how do you find those dogs so we have an amazing uh rescue called second chance animal rescue of perry in georgia
7:12
these dogs are rescued from kill shelters they're rescued from euthanasia
7:17
off the streets yeah they get brought to the rescue they get brought back to health
7:25
and then they get temper checked and depending on their temperament that's when they'll enter the operation
7:30
k-9 beethoven uh company got it and then from there
7:35
depending on certain situations uh they get brought back up to uh copenhagen new
7:41
york which is our training center called bry k9 training center okay where they do like a four week five week boot camp
7:48
style training yeah and then from that moment on after that dog passes those courses and
7:54
graduates right that's when we're able to then present or give that animal to the veteran the
8:01
family member or the first responder awesome yeah that's that's awesome but like how so i guess my other question would be you know the um i would imagine
8:09
the intensity of the training has to be pretty significant just because you know like you have dogs you said you do the
8:15
temperament check and all that kind of stuff but then obviously you're making you're going to make sure that you're going to make a good match for exactly
8:21
whoever you're matching it with we're going to get that into that a little bit in the second segment um but like maybe take me through the kind of the the
8:27
process i guess of getting the dogs trained to make sure that they're ready to go and be you know well they do a lot
8:32
of like obedience training yeah um obviously the dog has to have a calm cool temperament right um
8:38
you know so we you know like you said in the second segment we do we will divulge into that on how we pair that
8:45
certain animal to that certain individual sure um so it's a lot of you know running on the treadmill i've seen
8:52
videos of you know melissa doing that it's obedience it's you know a bunch of
8:57
things are put together so that dog can then be able to service that individual in any
9:04
way they possibly can right yeah exactly because i mean i found that interesting too because like i was telling you on the phone and just before we started
9:10
recording we had the seeing eye on which obviously does a lot of stuff with dogs i mean that's that's their whole that's their whole thing um and like they you
9:16
know have like a four-month training program like all that kind of stuff so i just find that really interesting just because like that's a whole new other
9:22
level oh that's yeah that's i mean that's a whole other level right i mean they have dogs who can catch things they have catch dogs they that's a whole
9:28
different yeah like i said is it emotional support right you know and
9:34
animals and and dogs can sense when you're having a bad day yeah and if you're not feeling well like i
9:40
had a dog and when you're not feeling well you had the calm and cold right the animal knew
9:45
yeah and they would not leave your side right yeah so you know it's it's
9:50
the whole although different level with you seeing hot dogs that's an amazing thing to begin with oh yeah you know yeah um to be able to maybe have a dog
9:58
who's able to like open up the refrigerator and hand you a beer yeah i mean that's just a whole other level that sounds cool yeah if i ever get a
10:04
dog it's gonna that's like the first trick i'm gonna actually ask the trainer if i ever got a dog could she do that she goes absolutely yeah
10:12
that's good to know um and then so before we kind of wrap up this first segment the other question i would have
10:17
is just so people are aware like the general area that you guys serve so the people that you're bringing like the pet
10:22
therapy program and making those matches um is it just jersey is it kind of like all over the place therapy program is
10:29
more like bergen county okay i mean we've gone to lyons new jersey uh which is a veterans hospital that's
10:36
you know about an hour ride yeah um but as far as a pet theory program it's really more local yeah um
10:43
you gotta travel with the dogs and you're all volunteers and you've got excellent things to do yeah yeah um and so and then with the other program with
10:50
the emotional support dog program uh we'll go pretty much anywhere if we're able yeah uh in june uh we're gonna be
10:58
giving a u.s army veteran a dog lives in joplin missouri okay is that like your
11:04
first kind of like foray into like beyond beyond jersey yes yeah yeah i mean
11:10
there's you know that we've had some in jersey right i believe if i remember correctly i think this will be
11:16
the fifth or the sixth that we give yeah and so you know that's gonna be uh you
11:23
know the trainer will go out to missouri and you know so that's you know that's the furthest i believe that we've been
11:28
so far right no that's awesome um so we're in the second segment we're gonna get into more of uh how you kind of make
11:34
those matches and make sure that everything's the right fit and all that kind of stuff so we take our first break of this episode so this is the greetings
11:39
from the garden state podcast i'm mike hamm we are here in at the bergen county harley-davidson in rochelle park with
11:45
brian reingaud of operation k-9 beethoven we'll be right back
11:50
it is time today in new jersey history james braddock a 30 year old irish american boxer from west new york new
11:55
jersey defeated max baer at madison square garden bowl located at 48th street and northern boulevard in long
12:01
island city new york for the heavyweight championship on june 13 1935 joe lewis
12:06
who defeated braddock for the title the following year proclaimed him the bravest man he ever fought in the movie cinderella man was based on braddock and
12:14
that is today in new jersey history [Music]
12:21
all right welcome back for segment two of this episode of greetings from the garden state i'm your host mike ham we are here with brian reingaut of
12:27
operation k9 beethoven at the bergen county harley-davidson in rochelle park uh so in the first segment we kind of learned a little bit about your
12:32
background and how canine operation k9 beethoven got started um in the second segment uh what we're kind of alluding
12:38
to towards the end of the first one is um you know kind of what goes into making those matches so obviously like
12:44
the second uh business that we were talking about is that you're actually matching dogs with um emotional support
12:50
emotional support dogs with people um so take me through maybe like the process of making sure that you're making good
12:56
connections so the the first process is that they go to our website operationcaninebeethoven.com
13:03
they submit an application um they fill it out and then it's sent to us and we read it
13:09
and we look it over and then our veterans relations officer
13:15
then sets up a phone interview with them and they talk about a bunch of things and and you know that he kind of tries
13:21
to get to know the person a little bit right and then we have a meeting the team we have a meeting and then we vote
13:27
on if this is going to be a good applicant or not okay um and so what we do is we do that vote and then once that
13:34
is passed then melissa our trainer at bryce k9 training center in copenhagen new york
13:39
she will then call the applicant the participant and recipient i should say and she will get
13:47
to know like the lifestyle of that person sure you know do you like to run do you like to just sit around are you
13:53
retired do you want to bring that dog uh to work five days a week and she'll
13:59
have like a nice dialogue few phone calls just to get to know that person and what they're all about
14:05
um and then from that moment then she will then speak with christy who is down at second chance
14:12
animal rescue of perry in georgia and then from that moment they will decide on what
14:17
temperament what kind of dog can be placed in that situation in that setting yeah and that's kind of how it kind of
14:24
works like we want to be able to try our best to absolutely pair that animal
14:31
with the lifestyle of that person sure you don't want to get like a dog who's you know lazy
14:37
and just like kind of like you know hangs out and that gentleman wants to bring the dog to work every day or or
14:42
that woman wants to run or walk or whatever the case may be yeah so we try to do our best in our research
14:50
uh so that therefore it could be a good match yeah so um this might be a hard
14:55
question to answer but like generally like how many dogs are in that pool that
15:01
you're trying to pick from at the rescue it varies varies it varies yeah it varies i mean it all depends i mean you
15:07
gotta rescue the dog like i was telling you from kill shelters or from euthanasia or off the streets okay so it
15:13
varies on how many are in that pool got it okay so the so the rescue center is going to go try to find a dog like that
15:20
yes and sometimes sometimes they have gone to like you know kill shelters and
15:25
save the dog's life within 20 minutes to an hour before it was going to get you know i want to stay that word yeah it's
15:31
horrible that people would do such a thing right but unfortunately there's people out there in this world yeah um
15:37
and there's been times where like i said you know they they saw a dog on the side of the street and they took the dog yeah
15:43
rescued the dog right you know so it all varies on on what's available yeah no
15:48
that moment 100 yeah and then you know i think that's also interesting too because it like you said you know maybe
15:54
20 minutes to an hour before something terrible happens but also i think it's interesting too to kind of point out maybe the fact that like if you do have
16:01
an applicant you decide that it's a good uh person to support and and match a dog with um you know kind of like it may not
16:08
happen right away because you got to find the right dog you have to find the right dog or if we have a pool of dogs
16:13
then we can speed the process up a little bit yeah but the process is always the same as
16:18
far as that dog has to be trained right so that's four weeks yep and then depending on where that person lives
16:24
it all depends on travel time being able to set up schedules for melissa at the training center to be
16:31
able to bring that dog to that location so it all it all depends yeah it all
16:37
varies yeah so um we were talking earlier too about how like uh when people apply uh for this program yes and
16:43
then you guys you know vote on it so like what makes a this is gonna be a like a weird question and it's ask but i'm gonna do it anyway um like what
16:50
makes uh an applicant that gets voted yes on like what kind of goes into like things that you're looking for um like
16:56
what's the various there's a various things i mean obviously what we do is we also do like if we're able we'll do like a home inspection okay um we'll even
17:04
google earth their address yeah i mean obviously i mean we want to know that that wherever these animals are going
17:10
are going to a safe environment yeah okay um and there's a various reasons
17:15
why we'll vote yes or vote no it all depends they have to have all their paperwork in they have to have all their
17:20
information in they do need to be clinically diagnosed with ptsd depression anxiety they have
17:27
to continue their treatment as well so you know letters from a psychiatrist or a doctor that plays into it as well
17:34
uh we also do check on their references i mean usually you're going to put a reference down you're not going to put
17:39
somebody down that's not going to give you a good reference right but so we you know if we're able to do a home
17:45
inspection ourselves and it's local we'll do that as well yeah you know um myself or maybe arpi or justin will do
17:52
that if we're able to do that if it's local here within bergen county new jersey right so there's a lot of things
17:58
that play into that having them accepted to our program yeah because i'm sure you
18:03
know just given like the nature of you guys and talking to you for the last you know uh like 25 minutes it's just it
18:09
just excuse me it seems like if possible you would like to help everybody absolutely
18:16
sometimes just not in the cards to be able to help everybody sometimes unfortunately there has been times where we've had to deny people yeah and
18:23
luckily that's not my job to do yeah um and and that's a tough job i think it's
18:28
one of the toughest jobs that are that we have in this you know organization right is to say no to somebody yeah it's
18:34
because we don't want to say no to exactly what we want to say yes so we want to help every single veteran that
18:40
we possibly can we want to help every single family member and first responders you know our our veterans and
18:47
our first responders you know we as civilians i don't know if you've served that or not but we as civilians we got
18:53
to help everybody we got to help them because when we're running out they're running in right so you know we
18:59
have to help as best as as much as we possibly can yeah to help them yeah no absolutely um i had another question but
19:06
i forgot it this is great um it's all right we're gonna go to segment three i'm an amazing host i'm sorry so uh just come back think about it for
19:13
a second uh no it'll come to me in the third second but i already know it um so maybe kind
19:18
of like oh no that i got it okay so you match the person with the dog uh with the emotional support dog and then
19:25
moving forward is this is it kind of just like all right they're matched like we're done like an interactive routine we try to
19:32
have a good relationship with them moving forward yeah uh you know we'll do check-ins
19:37
uh we'll call them hey how's everything going if that person who receives that dog has questions they can call melissa
19:45
um you know you know get more advice right you know because sometimes these people
19:51
never had a dog in their lives yeah so this is something new to them right and it's also new to the dog i mean the dog
19:56
is going through a horrible experience to begin with and then going into a loving family it might
20:04
be a little difficult for that dog to like adjust yeah you know the dog has seen probably
20:09
so many bad things that we can only imagine right so but yeah we try to you know
20:14
keep our you know relationships with that person yeah and if they ever need anything we're there
20:20
for them right because i mean that's that's really important because not i mean not only for the person to make sure that they have the support but for
20:25
the dog too honestly to make sure that they're in a good spot and doing the things that they were meant to be doing yeah and we're always available through
20:32
you know phone call or through email yeah you know like i said we want to we want to build that relationship as well
20:38
yeah 100 and then that's that's awesome and i think that's like a really cool thing just because it just like it just
20:44
shows that it's just more than just doing like the quick you know kind of match or just bringing a dog
20:50
yeah it's not not at all not at all i mean you know we uh a little about a
20:55
year ago so we matched a dog with a gentleman and i know that rp talks to
21:01
them from time to time yeah and they and they became friends right and then that's what it's all about exactly you know yeah so we we like to be there for
21:08
those who get one of our amazing animals right because i mean and even like with that too
21:14
and this is going to tie in perfectly and this is why i want to ask that question um into the third segment about like the community side of it and it's
21:20
you know not just like the people that support operation canine beethoven it's like the community of the people that
21:25
are actually working there and then the people that you've helped because they're all part of that community and making sure that like what you guys are
21:31
doing is getting out there for people to know about it and all that kind of stuff so i think that's amazing um and a
21:36
perfect way to end this segment so we're gonna take our second and last break of this episode so this is the greetings from the garden state podcast i'm mike
21:42
hamm we are here at the bergen county harley-davidson in rochelle park with brian ringout of operation k-9 beethoven we'll be right back
21:50
it is time for new jersey fun fact of the day did you know that new jersey is the leading state for the development
21:55
and manufacturing of flavors and fragrances and that is your new jersey fun fact of the day
22:02
all right we're back for segment three of this episode of greetings from the garden state i'm your host mike ham we are here at the bergen county
22:08
harley-davidson in rochelle park with brian ringout of operation k9 beethoven so in the first two segments we learned
22:13
about the background of operation canine beethoven kind of what goes into it the pet therapy program matching dogs
22:19
with you know people that suffer from ptsd and all that kind of stuff in the third segment what we always like
22:24
to do and this is we're going to crush this segment i already know um is talk about the community side of it um and
22:30
obviously you know a non-profit like operation canine beethoven needs a lot of support from the community absolutely
22:37
and there's a reason why we're here at uh bergen county harley davidson in rochelle park
22:44
um just because you know like that you told me that they've been a big supporter of since day one they've been
22:49
a huge supporter and i just every time i i tell the owners and everybody thank you thank you thank you yeah um you know
22:55
rpe and i like to say we don't know where we would be you know um
23:00
without their support yeah i mean we have events here all the time throughout the summer you can check those events
23:06
out on our website at operation k9 beethoven or you know give us a little like on facebook at operation k9
23:12
beethoven i mean we do all their events besides here at bergen county harley-davidson but you know last year
23:18
we had our first year anniversary we had that party here yep which was a great you know day
23:23
um and so you know bergen county harley-davidson in rochelle park like i said they they've been really a huge
23:28
supporter anything we need yeah we're here today i just made a phone call hey i want to do
23:34
this podcast with greetings from new jersey with mike ham yeah uh what do you need i need a room and a table and
23:39
chairs not a problem right so anything we ever need they're always always there for us yeah i just want to say thank you
23:46
to bergen county yeah absolutely i mean it's a cool place you know i've never been here i'm not a motorcycle guy
23:51
myself um not that i would never try one but i just haven't yeah um but uh but yes no i think that's amazing and and
23:58
you need that kind of support yeah and we have some other supporters you know the the vfw here in saddlebrook new
24:04
jersey which is down the road um you know their auxiliary team have you know helped us out they
24:11
want to do fundraisers they want to help us sell t-shirts at events claire and her team have been there
24:18
uh you know on this past saturday and they you know helped to sell t-shirts because sometimes it's a little rough
24:23
when it's just me and him or you know me and him and the dogs and justin you know people want to talk to you they wanna
24:29
you know then they're up at the table and you gotta then sometimes there's a you know check presentation so it gets a
24:34
little right it does get a little busy yeah um a little you know overwhelming yeah thank god we have the dogs right
24:40
yeah sure you need the emotional support yeah exactly we do i think everybody even if you may not suffer from ptsd or
24:47
depression or anxiety or just need that emotional support i think we all as humans need that we all need it from time to time exactly and so we have we
24:54
do have a great you know support system within the community uh the nom nights we've dealt with them through the years
25:00
so we're very very grateful to all of them yeah um you know like today we're going to be going to rolling
25:07
thunder chapter 3 in glen gardiner new jersey they want to be a big supporter of us as well
25:13
uh you know warriors run uh is another uh great organization i'm not sure where they're out of but
25:19
warriors run you can find them on on facebook uh you know they've gone to events in bayonne and helped us you know
25:26
sell t-shirts so you know it's it's a like i said we're very grateful
25:31
i love i thank them each individually every time i see them yeah from them wanting to help us right and
25:37
it's also the same thing too you help me i help you we promote we go to these events for you you come to our events so
25:44
we always try to get get that community together so we can all help each other right exactly because we can't do this
25:49
by ourselves yeah because the community thing is always you know it's a two-way street absolutely you know what i mean whether it's whether we talk to a
25:56
business over the course the lifespan of the show a non-profit or just like a person that's cool from new jersey yeah
26:02
the community side is always that two-way street because if you're just like hey give me give me give me they're not gonna and we just we just
26:09
recently um i don't think i mentioned this but we just recently uh met with um this guy
26:14
named scott and he's the uh head of the bergen county baggers it's like the most
26:20
professional cornhole league i've ever seen in my life we were there yesterday inside of work at the vfw um hanging out
26:27
with them and you know they want to be a big supporter of us they're actually running a um fundraiser
26:33
right now on their facebook page and so we're in the midst of talking and
26:38
figuring out what we can do as fundraisers but like i said anything that's you know going to happen in the
26:43
future check us out on the facebook page operation k9 beethoven go to our website
26:49
and and check us out there as well and you know if if you're able to come out to an event and show your face and say
26:55
hi to the dogs and hang out for a little bit we all we want what we want it yeah you
27:00
know we want to help as many people as we possibly can yeah no that's awesome um so just generally speaking like maybe
27:06
what are some kind of events that people could expect to see you at we go to all different events
27:12
mostly i would say motorcycle runs sure because clearly we're here at burton county harley-davidson in rochelle park yeah um
27:18
so we we we do that we do a lot of motorcycle runs you know we'll go to vendor affairs we've gone to you know
27:25
classic car shows um you know we've gone to street fairs i mean it all depends i mean you know
27:32
we get reached people reach out to us all the time and want us to come right um you know so we do like bike blessings
27:38
i mean we we we'll go pretty much anywhere yeah just to spread the word right i don't know i'm pretty sure they're asking you to come not for you
27:44
but no they're coming for the dogs and i say this all the time like myself and the rest of the team
27:50
we're just the pencil pushers and the pen pushers and we vocalize our mission and our purpose right right but at the
27:57
end of the day the real stars are beethoven archie parker daisy the other therapy dogs that
28:04
we have because i can't remember the other i think the other dog's name is part rica or pepper i'm not sure but anyway but those are the real stars and
28:10
the stars are also the dogs that we rescue right because they're they're the ones that are making the difference yeah
28:16
so it's not us right it's them yeah no 100 so if people are listening to this episode and they want to get involved in
28:22
the community aspect of operation k-9 beethoven where can they go what are ways that they can go about
28:27
doing that they can go to our website operationcaninebeethoven.com they can
28:33
you know make a donation uh if they feel so inclined that they want to come out and volunteer uh they
28:39
can send us an email and we can talk to them about those opportunities yeah but they can also
28:44
you know go on our website and purchase our merchandise speaking of that
28:50
um we at operation k-9 beethoven want to present you mike with an official
28:55
operation k-9 beethoven t-shirt i love that all right that's for you yeah thank you thank you thank you we'll get a
29:01
little shot for the camera over there absolutely i'm a big t-shirt guys yeah me too i think
29:06
me too so like i said you know um you know you can go to our website you can you can you know reach out to us
29:12
um if you want to volunteer and help us sell some shirts yeah uh you know we'll buy your lunch
29:18
even better we'll buy a lunch a dog and lunch that's like amazing lunch and hang out i'll make sure that uh art be
29:24
patient for that you know personally yeah right so but um yeah so that's the ways
29:29
that you can help us here at operation k-9 beethoven and like i've said all the money we make goes right back to the
29:35
program because when we place the emotional support dogs to that um recipient we try to give them
29:43
a month's worth of dog food yeah we buy them a kennel awesome we get them treats we get them
29:48
bowls we set them up for a good month yeah with all those kind of things yeah no it's amazing and beethoven just
29:55
walked off so i'm pretty sure he's done with this episode uh but this was this was amazing so i really appreciate you
30:00
reaching out and making me aware of what you guys are doing for having us yeah as soon as i like learned more about it went on the website talked to you a
30:06
little bit i was like yeah this is a no-brainer we got to get these guys on the show um so operation k9beethoven.com is the website
30:13
basically if you search operation k-9 beethoven you're going to find it you'll find it yeah you're going to find yourself absolutely it's facebook
30:18
instagram the website all that kind of stuff twitter i think we're on okay i believe we're also on tick tock oh i think even
